nucleus Membership Manager is designed around the membership needs of
Working Men's Clubs but would work equally as well for any type of members'
club. The system is designed with the issuing of swipe cards in mind and is
easily extended to include door entry and ePOS equipment for an easy to manage
club system.
nMM lives in the cloud (on the internet) so there is no hardware required for
basic membership functions. This saves your club money right from the outset.
There would likely be hardware required for other uses, such as door entry
systems. Other savings are made through less obvious means, such as not having
to pay as may people to take subscription fees. In clubs that have helped in
early development of nMM we were able to go from 3 people per session to two,
and believe that next year a single committee person would be able to renew
subscriptions and take annual pool for the whole club.
As well as managing subscriptions the system is capable of taking both annual
and weekly pools and drawing a winner only from paid-up allocated membership
numbers. No more drawing 15 un allocated, not-pooled numbers
